What time will you be with us on our Wedding Day?
It’s quite likely that I will be even more excited about your Wedding day than you, therefore I will not want to miss a thing! I will be with you from your bridal preparations right through to your first dance when you enter the dance floor as husband and wife. I’ll probably be so swept up in your day that I may even get some final images of your guests dancing and enjoying the evening entertainment.

What is included in your Wedding photography package?
As well as the coverage outlined above, you will receive your fully edited wedding photos in high resolution on a lovely little USB stick to treasure, along with permission to print as you like, I can also provide your photos in low resolution by request which is ideal for uploading to Facebook or emailing,  a complimentary engagement photo shoot (within Somerset and Bristol area), along with travel to your wedding venue within 40 miles of Somerset.

Do you offer Wedding albums?
Absolutley! It’s lovely to have a professional album to showcase your favourite wedding photographs. Please see albums for more details on the gorgeous wedding albums I offer as an extra.

What areas do you cover and are you willing to travel or cover destination weddings?
I am based in the beautiful countryside of Somerset, but I love to travel so will be more than happy to travel the UK and Worldwide to photograph your Wedding Day.  For weddings more than 40 miles from Somerset, please contact me for a quote.

How many photos will we receive?
Lots, the sky’s the limit!

My friends and family would love a copy of some of my wedding photos. Can I share or print my photos?
Of course you can! Share and print from your USB as you please. You are more than welcome to print copies of your photos for your friends and families, they make great gifts. You are also welcome to upload your images of your big day onto social networking sites such as Facebook, and a mention would be most appreciated!

Copyright of the photos will remain with the photographer , so all I ask is that you do not sell your images to any third parties or edit the photos and claim them as your own. See your T&C’s for full details.

If you would prefer me to arrange professional prints then just get in touch for prices.

Oh no, rain is forecast on our Wedding day! What will happen?
Dont panic! It rarely pours all day, and I will have a back up plan for locations we can use if the weather is not on our side. It may just mean having to jiggle the timescales or locations a little.

Are you insured?
Yes. I have public liability insurance up to £5 million, professional indemnity insurance and photographic equipment insurance. I will always bring a copy of my public liability insurance with me in case your venue request a copy.

Can we meet you before the big day?
Yes please! Where possible I would love to meet you before the big day. If you opt for an Engagement Shoot (so worth it!) then I would like to take some time after to go through the details of your wedding day. If you decide you do not want an engagement shoot, then that’s fine. We could always meet for a coffee (or something stronger) instead. If you you’re not in the Somerset area, then there is always good old Skype or FaceTime!

How will you know what group photos  we want?
I will always aim to meet with you a few weeks before the Wedding day once all your finer details are coming together to discuss the plans for the day. I will want to run through your timeline with you and this is also a perfect time for you to bring along a list of any group photographs you would like me to try and capture. You can also tell me about any special moments that you have planned that I shouldn’t miss. Please keep in mind that group photos can take between 3-7 minutes for each group depending on size, so I would suggest keeping your group shots to a maximum of around 8. After all, your Wedding guests will want to remember your Wedding day, not the Wedding photographer! I am happy to give you a guide on which group shots work well if you need it.

What equipment do you use?
Nikon or Canon? The most debated argument amongst professional photographers. Well… I am a Nikon girl and carry two professional DSLR cameras with me. Alongside this I own a variety of prime and zoom lenses plus camera flashes and plenty of memory cards etc.

Sounds great! How do we make a booking and secure you as our Wedding Photographer on our date?
Exciting! Simply click on the Book Me button on the bottom of this page and contact me with your wedding date, and if I am available I will send you over a booking form and contract to return to me with a deposit of £250 and that’s it!

What happens if we have to change the date of our Wedding day or cancel?
Well the first to do is relax and make a cup of tea. Just give me a call or email and we will do our best to work it out. If I am available on the new date then perfect I will just change your date in my diary and see you there with no extra charge! If I am not available and you are unable to change it to a date that is suitable for us both or you need to cancel your booking all together then you will lose your £250 booking fee/deposit and depending on how late you cancel you may be charged a % of the fee.  See the T&C’s.
